TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTS

You agree and acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in and to the Websites and Information (“Intellectual Property”) are owned by VTR and/or its licensors. You cannot copy, use or reproduce the VTR name, digital content or logo without VTR’s prior written consent.

Nothing on this Website shall be construed as conferring any licence of any Intellectual Property, whether by estoppel, implication or otherwise.  GENERAL
The law of the Province of Ontario governs these Terms. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for the determination of any dispute concerning these Terms.  You waive any rights under the Class Proceedings Act, 1992 of the Province of Ontario, S.O. 1992, Chapter 6.

VTR is committed to protecting the personal information that is provided to us by CareerBuilder.

Website Visits: We may collect information about your visits to our website, including the pages you view, the links you click, search terms you enter, and other actions you take in connection with your visit. We may also collect certain information from the browser you use to visit our websites, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and language, access times, the Uniform Resource Locator (URL) of the website (in aggregate) that referred you to our websites and any URLs you select on our websites.
