Electrical, Controls & Robotics Team

Our in-house Controls team wires each individual panel for standalone cells and sets up the timing for escapements with our Tool Makers to simulate and verify take away time. The VTR team wires every system by hand. The team is responsible for programming each individual system from initial power up to final testing and debugging. During project conception, our Robotics group completes the initial robot analysis on high-risk projects with simulation software’s and verifies it with our in-house robots, which is then used as reference when it’s time to begin programming. Each panel is built in house and UL-Certified when required. 

VTR is a FANUC ASI, winning Rookie Of The Year in 2018. We were awarded an Excellence in Intelligent Robotics in 2018 and an Outstanding Sales Growth achievement award two years in a row in 2018 & 2019. Our team also partners with ABB Robotics and can offer programming and support for Epson, KUKA and Staubli.
