Kitting and Quality Inspection Team

During the design stage, our quality assurance team verifies the project plan against our system design standards and reviews all detailed drawings for appropriate fit and tolerancing prior to releasing the project for production. During the kitting stage, every purchased or machined component is verified against the bill of materials (BOM) for accuracy prior to staging it in the respective sub-assembly bin. The Kitting team ensures appropriate stock levels are maintained for VTR's standard parts and components for the build and service teams.

During the build phase, the Quality team will assist Tool Makers in ensuring nothing is missed and perform a final quality check after the completion of the onsite factory acceptance testing (FAT). Factory settings are labelled and documented for the customer and VTR records, and the systems undergo thorough cleaning prior to packaging.
