In House Machine Shop & Fabrication Team

Our dedicated team of machinists work vigorously to manufacture each individual component that is part of a POK. Each drawing is inspected for tolerancing prior to project release and machining. Each piece is then deburred, reviewed prior to processing and re-inspected upon return before kitting. Our 3.5M x 2.5M Horizontal Boring Mill allows us to machine our tables and table plates in-house to reduce deliveries, and our 35” x 30” 5-Axis Trunnion CNC Mill and 32” x 84” Live Turning center enable us to produce up to 30” diameter machined bowls!

Our continuous growth to eliminate hand fabrication includes an 8FT CNC Brake, over 30 Milling Machines, Surface Grinders, and Turning Centers. Our in-house machine shop allows us to constantly grow our vertically integrated company so that we can quickly rectify any debug issues without impacting the delivery schedule. VTR’s highly skilled fabrication team does all laser work in-house using an in-house laser system for stainless steel and more, allowing for a quick turnaround of product. Each piece is personally inspected to ensure quality.

An integral part of any system is the supporting setup. No matter the size of the equipment, VTR breathes the structural anatomy of our vibratory equipment and provides a fully designed, rigid support frame for vibration absorption. VTR's frames are cut, welded in house, and machined to guarantee specification prior to powder coating to meet our rigorous frame standards. Each piece of stainless steel is bent using an 8FT CNC Brake to ensure complete functional adherence to remove the need for manual bending. And although infrequent, our Fabrication team will produce a hand fabricated artisan bowl – where it all began for VTR.
